THE BADIBOU CULTURAL DANCE TROUPE The group comprises of Drummers, dancers and singers formed from the three main tribes in the Badibous. The dancers are an authentic troupe which entertains while maintaining history and cultural values and arts of the Mandinka, Wolof and Fula tribes. They are part of Manding Medical Centre's fund raising team to build much needed children and maternity unit of the hospital at Njawara, the Gambia, West Africa. They have performed for presidents and won many trophies. They are eager to intrigue you by bringing joyful and memorable evenings to your audience. Dr. Alhasan Ceesay will be travelling to the USA in 2012 to finalise arrangements for the dancers performing in Michigan to mark the the seventh year of the proclamation of sister-city relations beteween Alapena, Njawara and Kitneteh Kunda villages in Gambia.
